Most of our cafe and restaurant listings are confidential sales. Confidentiality can be extremely important when marketing a business for sale and many owners are concerned that staff, customers and suppliers are not made aware that the business is for sale.

We aim to screen prospective buyers before identifying the business or releasing sensitive or confidential information.

This will also get you into our database to receive notice of new opportunities and our newsletters.

Upon receipt of the completed and signed confidentiality undertaking we will contact you to arrange a time to meet and discuss the listing and if appropriate, send you further details.
